All products sold by Prime Labs are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory and scientific research use only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease.
1. Qualified Purchasers Only
By purchasing any product from Prime Labs, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified professional, researcher, laboratory, or institution with the appropriate training, licensing, and facilities to safely handle research compounds, and that the products will be used solely for laboratory research conducted in a controlled environment.
2. No Medical Advice
Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. Information about research compounds, including descriptions of studied biological pathways, is provided for educational and informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as a recommendation for human use.
3. Handling and Storage
Research compounds should be handled in accordance with standard laboratory safety protocols, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment, and stored as specified on the product’s technical data sheet and Certificate of Analysis.

5. Certificates of Analysis
Every batch is independently tested and accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) confirming purity and identity. CoAs are provided to support research traceability and quality assurance and do not constitute an endorsement of any particular use.
