Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the following business day.
2. Delivery Estimates
Domestic orders within Australia typically arrive within 1–3 business days of dispatch. International orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.
3. Cold-Chain Packaging
Lyophilized research compounds are stable at room temperature for short transit periods, but we package every order with insulated lining and, where required, gel ice packs sized for the expected transit time to minimize thermal exposure.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view tracking details for past orders in your Account area.
5. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Orders over $100 AUD qualify for free standard domestic shipping.
6. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged — for example, with compromised insulation or a broken vial — or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@primelabsau.com within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
7. International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country. Please check your local regulations regarding the import of research compounds before placing an order.
